This is a popular surf shop that teaches surfing and SUP all year round. SUP is a sport where you stand and paddle. The board is a larger version of a surfboard, so even beginners can stand up right away. It also has a fitness effect because you use your abdominal muscles to paddle. You can enjoy cruising the oceans and rivers of tropical Miyazaki, starting from calm areas. Even if you are a complete beginner, your instructor will give you a thorough and safe lecture, so you can experience it with peace of mind. It is included in the fee for renting the board and paddle wetsuit, so all you need is a swimsuit and a towel.
