・Established in 1905 (Meiji 38), it is the only shochu brewery in Nobeoka city, and has a long history rooted in the local community. ・Enjoy a moment with the museum-like exterior and magnificent natural scenery. ・We also have a parking lot large enough for large buses. ・You can observe the entire process from making koji to distillation through the glass windows inside the brewery (guided tour included).
・You can see the process of making shochu inside the brewery, which is usually off-limits to the public. ・You will be guided by brewers and sake brewery staff. ・From Nobeoka City, the sea of Miyazaki, the mythical village of Takachiho, and hot springs in Oita are all within a day trip.
