Ekubo is a restaurant serving delicious fresh fish and local cuisine, located in a corner of Shimodori, Kumamoto's downtown. In the restaurant with subdued lighting, you can enjoy the specialty "horse sashimi platter" and fresh fish and shellfish delivered directly from Amakusa as sashimi or hot pot. Another point is the rich menu of over 120 items, but even if you make a reservation in advance, they will accommodate you even if it is not on the menu. You can also enjoy various course meals that you can enjoy Ekubo's proud dishes, or just use the all-you-can-drink plan.
