What to expect

The Japanese bamboo light performance group "CHIKAKEN," which was featured on the popular program "Jonetsu Tairiku (情熱大陸)," presents its fantastical light exhibition "Kaguya-hime's Sparkling Garden," now returning in a brand-new form to launch its second season. "Sakuramachi Rooftop Garden," located on the roof of Kumamoto Sakuramachi Shopping Center, creates a dreamlike space with countless bamboo lanterns. It is a nighttime experience that uses light to depict a fairytale of moonlight. In addition to the viewing-focused performances from the previous season, new interactive elements have been introduced this time, such as a device that allows you to move the lights with the push of a button, and an area where you can touch bamboo percussion instruments. In addition, mini-live performances will be held only on weekends and during the Christmas season, allowing more people to enjoy the wonderful content. This is a brand new art experience that will add a dazzling touch to your trip at night. # Event Perio
