What to expect

Sumibi Yakiniku Gyoten is run by a butcher shop that has been in business for 100 years. Enjoy high-quality olive beef in this hideaway for adults. Olives from Shodoshima, Kagawa Prefecture. Sanuki beef raised in the warm climate of the Seto Inland Sea. The two histories combine to create Olive Beef, a premium Japanese black beef that is only possible in Kagawa Prefecture. Taking advantage of the strengths of a butcher shop, we serve it in the freshest possible state. In addition, the innards, for which freshness is important, are cut for each order. There is no unpleasant smell at all, so please enjoy it after grilling it crispy over charcoal.
