  • * The backstage tour will take place on stage after the show, where troupe members will give explanations and there will be a social event with the troupe members.
  • You will be able to try on costumes and masks, take commemorative photos, and ask questions directly to the troupe members after they have finished performing.
  • Enjoy this special experience, limited to 10 people.
What to expect

Kagura, primarily in the northwestern part of Hiroshima Prefecture, has evolved into a highly entertaining performance over the years, incorporating various staging techniques while still cherishing its role as a sacred ritual. Most of the performed programs are stories familiar to Japanese people through Kagura, Noh, and Kabuki. By displaying English subtitles on stage, we believe that people from overseas can easily experience Japanese culture.
