They are particular about using high-quality domestic ingredients, and offer the finest shabu-shabu and sukiyaki using Miyazaki beef, which has won the Prime Minister's Award and is ranked the highest in Japan at A5, black pork from Kagoshima Prefecture, and Seto Momiji pork from Hiroshima Prefecture.
