  • "Yashutaku" is located in an alley 1 minute's walk from Hiroshima Electric Railway Dobashi Station and opened in 2016. The owner, Mr. Takashi Sugimoto, trained at "Kikunoi" in Kyoto for 5 years, then went to New Zealand, and then returned to Hiroshima to train at "Yamado" and other places for 6 and a half years, accumulating superb cooking skills.
  • The exterior of the store uses tiled eaves, white wood and glass sliding doors, and large white curtains to create a comfortable atmosphere.
