Enjoy freshly pounded mochi divided into small portions: “Oroshi Mochi” with grated daikon radish popular in Fukui, soy sauce-flavored “Nori Maki,” “Abe Kawa” generously topped with kinako and black sugar syrup, and “Ozoni” made with blended miso.
