- First Stop: Kokisan Eihoji Temple, a Zen temple standing on Mt. Kokisan, founded in 1313 by National Master Muso during the Kamakura period. It features a 700-year-old ginkgo tree and stunning red maple leaves. Eihoji Temple's autumn foliage is one of the 33 selections of Hida-Mino Autumn Leaves. In autumn, the maple leaves in the garden echo the large ginkgo tree in front of the main hall, adorning the autumn blue sky with colorful hues. - Second Stop: Obara Shikizakura Festival, located in Toyota City, Aichi Prefecture. The Obara Shikizakura is a hybrid of the wild cherry species "Mamezakura" and "Edo Higan." Unlike the common Somei Yoshino cherry, it blooms in spring, but its true peak bloom is in autumn. Over 10,000 Shikizakura trees are planted in the Obara area of Toyota City, and because autumn is also the time when the maple leaves turn red, Obara offers the unique scenery of enjoying both autumn leaves and cherry blossoms at the same time. - Third Stop: Korankei, Korankei is the number one autumn f
