**Day1** You can experience sushi-making with premium Omi beef and learn traditional techniques. After that, you’ll visit Shirakawago, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. In the evening, you will move on to Hida no Sato, which lights up with a magical display. Enjoy the fantastic sight of gassho-style houses surrounded by snow and illuminated there. Accommodation at Hida Hotel Plaza includes relaxing hot springs and kaiseki cuisine. **Day2** You will start with Miyagawa morning market, where you can enjoy food strolls and communicate with local people. Then we'll move to Takayama Jinya, which is a historic Edo-period government building, and stroll through the charming old streets of Hida Takayama. Finally, you will visit Hida Bussankan where you can buy local crafts and souvenirs.
