After skiing, nothing can relieve fatigue better than hot springs. The historic hot spring village has 13 free public hot springs, where you can enjoy skiing, hot springs and delicious food all at once. The ski resort is divided into two areas: Hikage and Nagasaka. Hikage has a gentler slope and the wide Kami-no-hira ski slope (上ノ平) is two kilometers long. The slope is wide and gentle, suitable for beginners to practice. From Kami-no-hira, you can ski all the way to the foot of the mountain, a full 10km long. It is known as the longest ski run in Japan, and you will feel a great sense of accomplishment after skiing!
