- Learn the basics of Japanese cuisine and how to make healthy and delicious Japanese home -cooked dishes from a certified chef.
- You'll get a hands -on training from a professional local chef.
- First you will learn how to make dashi, the essential foundation of Japanese cuisine, and about the ingredients used to prepare it.
- We will also teach you how to cook delicious rice using a regular pot.
- We will introduce you to various traditional Japanese cooking tools, such as suribachi (Japanese mortar), oshizushiki(pressed sushi mold). Using them is a truly enjoyable and unique experience.
- English recipes are provided ,so you can recreate the dishes even after returning home.
- For vegetarian or vegan guests please inform us when making your reservation. we can accommodate you with our Tofu course.
- Gluten-free options are also available with the Tofu course or Sushi course.
