American bistro Nash opened in December 2016, inspired by the desire to cook in a place where customers can see each other. The white-toned interior creates a relaxing atmosphere reminiscent of the countryside overseas. The restaurant offers a variety of French regional and American dishes made by the owner-chef, who gained experience in Lyon.
