[Kanagawa] Kamakura Half-Day Walking Tour with Great Buddha & Cafe Drink
- What to expect
-
This English-guided walking tour offers a deep dive into 840 years of history and unknown local life, exploring charming back alleys away from the crowds. The tour begins with a nostalgic journey on the Enoden train. Afterwards, you'll enjoy a pleasant walk through quaint alleys, visiting Kamakura's oldest shrine, the iconic Great Buddha, historical samurai shrines, and a hidden observation spot with breathtaking panoramic ocean views. Along the way, we'll take a break at a traditional private house cafe and stop by local souvenir shops along Daibutsu-dori. After enjoying the spectacular views, we'll head to Yuigahama Beach. Feel the refreshing sea breeze and touch the ocean. If you visit in summer, the beach will be lined with lively "Umi no Ie" (beach houses), where you can enjoy drinks, food, and music on the sand. The tour concludes at Yuigahama Beach or Hase Station. Your guide will show you the way back to Kamakura Station or to your next destination. ・Learn interesting stories about the beginning o
