The Yatsugura specialty "whitebait rice bowl" is made only with freshly selected whitebait caught that morning. Fresh fish caught daily from Misaki fishing port are procured and made into sashimi. A variety of seasonal Shonan vegetables brighten up the delicious seafood. Freshly fried tempura prepared by a skilled chef is also recommended.
