Yamanashi and Lake Kawaguchiko: Nature, Culture, and a Night of Fireworks at the Foot of Mount Fuji will take you deep into the foothills of Mount Fuji, from natural wonders to cultural landscapes, culminating in a grand fireworks display. First Stop: Oshino Hakkai Explore Oshino Hakkai, one of "Japan's 100 Best Waters," and admire the clear spring pools formed by Mount Fuji's snowmelt filtered through volcanic rock layers, as well as the beautiful reflection of Mount Fuji in the water. This was once a sacred site for ancient Mount Fuji worship and still retains the traditional Japanese village style. Each person will receive a special kusa mochi as a gift.
