Zao Onsen Ski Resort is the largest ski resort in the Tohoku region of Japan. It features the renowned "Yokokura no Kabe" slope, offering a premium powder snow experience, as well as diverse terrain for skiers and snowboarders of all levels. The ski resort boasts 32 chairlifts and gondolas, providing access to the 1,661-meter summit area. The longest run exceeds 10 kilometers, ensuring an exhilarating experience. While enjoying skiing and snowboarding, you can also admire the magnificent natural "snow monsters" – the beautiful ice-encrusted trees known as "juhyo."
