Founded in 1872, this restaurant is famous for its eel rice and kamameshi. Ryūdō... the essence of a time-honored restaurant that has grown up with the city of Niigata. Initially, the founder, Tsuruzo Kojima, sold freshly caught fish from the rivers of Niigata Island, and as the times changed, eels gradually became famous. The third generation, Masazo Kojima, made "Ichi〆" a well-known eel restaurant. Spring, summer, autumn and winter, the seasons flow, and the years accumulate. The tradition and Japanese hospitality that have been passed down from generation to generation are the starting point for a new encounter with you.
