**How to Redeem Your Voucher** Redemption Location: Ticket counter inside the facility Redemption Time: On the day of use Notes: Lift ticket redemptions can be issued at the "automatic ticket vending machine" or "ticket counter" inside the resort center in either the North Area or South Area. Brand new quad lift for greater comfort. Areas for beginners and kids are now open! A new quad lift has been created, offering increased transport capacity for a more comfortable skiing experience. Wide and long beginner courses are also open. In addition, the kids' area offers thrilling tubing. The South Area (formerly Alz Bandai) features a snow escalator, and the North Area (formerly Nekoma Ski Resort) features a wide, gentle slope, making it recommended for sledding and first-time ski and snowboarding.
