'- Please arrive on time for your appointment. If you arrive late, the session will still end at the originally scheduled time. Arrivals more than 30 minutes late will be considered a cancellation. Please note that same-day cancellations are non-refundable. - Our salon is not a medical facility, so depending on the condition of your ears, we may not be able to perform ear cleaning.
