Visit the long-established shops of Otsu-juku, the 53rd post town on the Tokaido road, and indulge in a blissful selection of souvenirs! This course will get you a full set of souvenirs from the post town of Otsu! You can also experience the townspeople culture of the ancient capital of Otsu through the vestiges of the town houses where people used to live and the festival floats that carry on history. Along the way, you will be treated to the local specialty "Mii-dera Chikara Mochi" and tea! A volunteer guide who knows the area inside and out will show you the highlights of the town.
