- What to expect
-
The kaiseki restaurant, created by the former chef of the famous Michelin one-star restaurant "Kichijo" in Osaka, features exquisite Japanese cuisine and carefully selected local ingredients, presenting the purest flavor of the four seasons. The restaurant is located in Uehommachi, Osaka, where ancient temples and shrines are lined up, and has a strong cultural atmosphere. Kaiseki cuisine is centered on the seasons, using traditional Osaka vegetables such as "Wakagyu" from Yao, "Kadoma lotus root" and "Mokuji bamboo shoots" from Kawachi, combined with the special ingredients from the chef's hometown of Fukuoka, Kyushu, to present a multi-level Japanese charm, and provides 15 kinds of sake selected from all over Japan, which rotates according to the seasons, from sweet, sour and fragrant to deep and mellow old wine, perfect with the dishes. The restaurant is designed in the Sukiya style, with 6 bar seats, where you can enjoy the camellia and red leaves garden outside the window while savoring the delicacies.
