After watching the oysters being shucked, you can enjoy the freshly caught oysters in various ways, such as steaming and frying them. You can also pair the oysters with special hand-crafted sake brewed at a local sake brewery with over 300 years of history, founded in 1716 in Senshu, Osaka.
