In our store, you can enjoy authentic Hakata mizutaki, or chicken hotpot in a relaxed atmosphere. Mizutaki is a local delicacy born and cultivated in Hakata. Our restaurant uses the famous brand chicken "Hanamidori" raised in northern Kyushu, and the water used is also carefully selected. The more the chicken bone soup is cooked, the more delicious it becomes, and it becomes more nutritious and delicious. Paired with the citrus vinegar that is a must-have for mizutaki, it complements each other even more.
