When it was founded in 1946, it developed the classic mayonnaise ingredient for Okonomiyaki (Okonomiyaki). The original Osaka representative delicacy "Tatayaki", sold only in our store, combines the essence of Okonomiyaki (Okonomiyaki) and Yakisoba, and is as popular as "Kushiyaki" and "Takoyaki"!
