With the concept of "making the occasional eel your everyday eel," Unagi no Himekawa offers reasonably priced eel, which is said to be good for health and beauty. In order to provide Japanese eel at a low price, they farm it overseas, use "Hinohikari rice from Nara Prefecture" for the rice, and use Sekigahara tamari soy sauce for the sauce, and offer dishes made with great care for each ingredient.
