Pregnant individuals are welcome to receive foot massages. The soles of the feet contain numerous reflex zones, some of which, if stimulated, can potentially cause uterine contractions in pregnant individuals. Our therapists are well-trained and knowledgeable about contraindications, ensuring that they avoid such sensitive points. Instead, we focus on gently massaging the calves, which tend to swell during pregnancy, to provide comfort and relaxation. While we are happy to accommodate pregnant clients, if you have any concerns or hesitation, we recommend refraining from the treatment for your peace of mind.
