Held in a 150-year-old Kyoto machiya, the experience offers a quiet and authentic atmosphere away from the tourist crowds. Before the tea session, you will be introduced to the history and design of the machiya, and how its architecture and space are connected to Japanese aesthetics and tea culture. Seated comfortably on chairs, you will be guided by a tea master with over 16 years of training. **■ Difference Between 90 min & 45 min** **【90 min – Full Experience】** After observing the tea preparation, you will prepare matcha yourself using traditional utensils and drink the tea you have made. 【45 min – Short Experience】 The tea is prepared by the instructor, allowing you to focus on observing, tasting, and enjoying the atmosphere.
