Leveraging techniques cultivated over many years of training at famous restaurants in Tokyo and Kyoto, our dishes maximize the inherent qualities of the ingredients, resulting in delicate and subtly flavored masterpieces. The interior, a renovated Kyoto townhouse, features traditional Kyoto "earthen walls," creating a calming atmosphere.
