- Kyoto's Tofuku-ji Temple will be holding a limited-time "Nighttime Premium Viewing" event in early summer.
- The event was held at Kennin-ji Temple, Kyoto's oldest Zen temple, two years ago, and at Kencho-ji Temple, the first of the Five Great Zen Temples of Kamakura, last year. This year, the third installment will be held at Tofuku-ji Temple in Kyoto.

Optional tour booking service KKday is currently selling VIE presents ZEN NIGHT Kyoto Tofuku-ji Night Premium Nighttime Viewing Admission Tickets. Following its success at Kennin-ji Temple in Kyoto two years ago and Kencho-ji Temple in Kamakura last year, this year's event will be held at Tofuku-ji Temple in Kyoto. In addition to the illumination of approximately 1,000 green maple trees viewed from the Tsutenkyo Bridge, a symbol of Tofuku-ji Temple, this sound art night event will allow you to enjoy sound and silence, light and shadow, with a large-scale sea of clouds appearing in the Hojo Garden designed by Mirei Shigemori, and a sound corridor.
