[Kyoto] Explore Gion Festival: Guided Walk & Tsukihoko Float Experience

• This is a guided walking tour introducing the Gion Festival.
• The minimum number of participants required for the tour is 25, and the maximum is 45.
• If the minimum number is not met, the tour will be cancelled.
• In such cases, we will notify you of the cancellation by July 7, which is 10 days before the tour.

This is a walking tour that takes you from Karasuma Oike Station to explore many of the Yamaboko floats around the Karasuma Station area. Each float has its own unique history and story, which will be explained by guides who speak English and Chinese. The highlight of the tour is the opportunity to board the Tsukihoko float. You will enter the storage building, go up to the second floor, and then cross a bridge to reach the Tsukihoko, which stands about 10 meters above the ground. Tsukihoko is the tallest float among all the Yamaboko in the Gion Festival.
