[Kyoto] Kyoto Tea Ceremony&Matcha Making / TIA Kiyomizu Yasaka-dori Shop

At TIA, we believe the tea ceremony should be welcoming, easy to enjoy, and fun — never too formal or difficult. Our 20–30 minute sessions are designed so even first-time guests can relax and experience the essence of Japanese culture without disrupting their Kyoto sightseeing. Guests use authentic Kiyomizu-yaki tea bowls, taste premium Uji matcha from Kyoto, and enjoy traditional Japanese sweets, with clear explanations in English for international visitors. Located next to a kimono rental shop, TIA lets you wear a kimono before the tea ceremony for a unique Kyoto experience. Same-day reservations are welcome.
