Let’s wear a kimono, get your hair beautifully styled, and experience an authentic Japanese tea ceremony! (No need to bring anything with you.) In this tea ceremony experience, you will be guided by a wonderful tea master who has served tea to members of the Imperial family, business leaders, and even the Prime Minister. The tea room is located very close to the Kyoto Imperial Palace. First, you will visit “Rental Kimono First Gion Store” to choose your kimono. Our professional staff will dress you in the kimono and style your hair beautifully. (If you choose a kimono other than the standard komon Kimono it's needed extra fee.) Once you’re ready, we’ll take a bus and head to the tea ceremony venue. Please return Kimono to Rental Kimono First Gion Store until 6:00 PM.
