What to expect

Kyoto Duck Hotpot from October 1st ◆ Meat dishes, seasonal Kyoto vegetables, carefully selected wines and Kyoto sake in a hidden restaurant in the alleys of Sanjo Kawaramachi. The specialty "Kyoto Duck Hotpot" will start on October 1st. ~ Taste the traditional techniques and ingredients of Kyoto ~ We hope you enjoy "Kyoto vegetables", "horse meat" and "Kyoto duck" dishes. Kyoto cuisine artisans will serve Japanese cuisine using the "most delicious" and "direct from the source" carefully selected ingredients. The recommended horse meat and duck dishes have a light taste with no strong flavor. The owner himself purchases Kyoto vegetables and Omi vegetables from contracted farmers. There are about 60 types of wine to match the dishes. There are about 20 types of sake available, limited to Kyoto and Omi, which will be changed weekly.
