A restaurant where you can experience innovative gourmet food and a space where you can enjoy a relaxing time with your loved ones and delight your senses. As its name suggests, Nouvelle Epoque allows you to experience French cuisine of a "new era." The restaurant creates dishes that fuse Kyoto's food culture with gourmet food that is in the lineage of the late Ono Masayoshi, who is known as the father of French cuisine in Japan and built the foundations of Okura French cuisine. The beautiful dishes, which make use of seasonal ingredients while inheriting the traditions of Okura, express the ever-changing seasons of Kyoto.
