5 minutes from Gion-Shijo Station - Enjoy Japanese cuisine that incorporates seasonal ingredients such as conger eel in summer and fugu in winter. Gion Kawamoto is conveniently located 5 minutes from Gion-Shijo Station. Enjoy seasonal Japanese cuisine using local Kyoto vegetables and fresh fish from the Sea of Japan. Awaji Island conger eel dishes are available from April to September, and fugu dishes from October to March. Our specialty "Saba Sushi" with its thick mackerel is available all year round.
