What to expect

Enjoy fresh conger eel from the Seto Inland Sea, side dishes made with Kyoto vegetables, and Kyoto cuisine with carefully selected local sake! Our famous side dishes and Kyoto vegetables sourced through our own unique route. We go directly to the producers to pick up the pure Kyoto vegetables and organically grown vegetables that are painstakingly cultivated by farmers in traditional producing areas such as Kamigamo, Kamitoba, and Fushimi, and harvest them at their most delicious. We use carefully selected seasonings such as naturally brewed soy sauce and miso delivered directly from the brewery, and our proud dashi stock made daily from kelp and bonito flakes sourced from a long-established wholesaler in Kyoto, to create authentic Kyoto cuisine in an izakaya style.
