Udon Wada is located on Ramen Street in Ichijoji. The owner was inspired by the taste of Shimizu, a famous restaurant in Shimogamo where he was born and raised, and began working there at the age of 30 to train. While inheriting the traditional taste of Shimizu, which sadly closed, Wada pursues its own unique taste. You can enjoy the exquisite harmony of the flavor of the dashi and the spiciness. In addition, to meet customers who want a taste of the past, we also offer a reproduced version of curry udon, limited to 20 servings per day. Please come early!
