Ichinomiya, once an important location in the nation-building of Harima Province, is a place that can be considered the origin of fermentation culture, as the oldest record of sake brewing in Japan is found in the "Harima no Kuni Fudoki" (a historical and geographical record of Harima Province). This cycling tour takes you to this historic site, cycling along picturesque routes that include lush back roads and hand-dug tunnels. With little traffic, you can ride through peaceful rural landscapes and experience a sense of tranquility and healing away from everyday life, which is a major attraction of this tour.
