- The Artisanal Seasoning Package allows you to watch the creation of an original, multi-purpose Japanese sauce up close and experience making a unique “Matcha Salt,” combining natural Japanese salt and matcha. You'll also observe the chef preparing tempura, which you can taste with the sauce and matcha salt.
- In the The Art of Fermentation Package, you’ll taste various fermented foods and learn their importance in Japanese cuisine. The chef will explain in detail how to prepare vegetable dishes using miso, and chicken marinated in shio-koji. You’ll also experience making shio-koji yourself and enjoy grilled shio-koji chicken prepared by the chef.
