Riyama, which has won Michelin stars for more than 10 consecutive years, was founded in 1935 and is a famous sukiyaki restaurant in Tokyo. The restaurant uses high-quality Japanese black beef and uses homemade sauce with Hokkaido vegetables, tofu and seasonal ingredients to carefully prepare sukiyaki. We offer tasting packages of Hokkaido wine and Hiyama brand sake.
