[Asahikawa Zoo] The Asahiyama Zoo is located in Asahikawa City, Hokkaido, and is the northernmost zoo in Japan. It has now become one of the most visited zoos in Japan. Visiting the Asahiyama Zoo in Hokkaido on a snowy day is a special treat. Cute penguins take a walk in the snow, raccoons climb overhead and make faces, curious seals shuttle up and down in glass columns, playing and circling around, and monkeys huddle together to keep warm. [Unique 'Lonely' Christmas Tree] The 'Lonely Christmas Tree' in Biei is one of the most famous check-in spots in Hokkaido. It is a spruce tree isolated in the field and is named because it looks like a Christmas tree. [Shirahige Falls] Named 'Shirahige Falls' because of the white beard-like streams of water pouring down from the crevices of the rocks. [Ningle Terrace] Ningle Terrace is a forest handmade craft experience workshop built with inspiration from a character in the novel by Japanese writer So Kuramoto (more precisely, a 15cm tall elf living in a large forest).
