Shodoshima is the second largest island in the Seto Inland Sea after Awaji Island. It is also known as the "Olive Island" because it was the first place in Japan to successfully cultivate olives about 110 years ago. It also produces a wide range of other local specialties, including soy sauce, somen noodles, and tsukudani and sesame oil, which have been produced there for over 400 years. It is a charming island where nature and culture coexist in harmony, with strong local traditional events and customs. This tour offers a [Wednesday departure course] and a [Sunday departure course]. The works shown will vary depending on the day of departure, so please choose the course you prefer.
