[Tokyo] Sushi Fujiro Sushi - Nihonbashi, Tokyo
- What to expect
-
Adhering to the concepts of "fresh and cooked compromise" and "fusion of East and West", the restaurant combines three characteristics: mature sushi with rich umami flavor, extremely fresh Hakata-style sushi, and Edomae sushi that incorporates techniques such as boiling, steaming, grilling, and pickling. It pursues the perfect balance between ingredients and matching, presenting diners with a higher level of sushi enjoyment. A 1-minute walk from Exit 2 of Kayabacho Station will take you to Nihonbashi Fujiro, a Japanese-style building made entirely of cypress wood designed by Miya Daisho. The white wooden counter seats are designed with a kang (a traditional Japanese flooring) surface. The spacious and comfortable seats allow you to relax in a warm atmosphere. You can also communicate with sushi chefs, feel their exquisite skills, and enjoy a unique and unforgettable food journey.
