After skiing, there is nothing better than a hot spring to relieve fatigue. There are 13 free public hot springs in the historic hot spring town, where you can enjoy skiing, hot springs and gourmet food all at once. The ski resort is divided into two areas, Hinikage and Nagasaka. Hinikage has a gentler slope and the wide Kaminohira Snow Trail (Kami Nohira) is two kilometers long. The snow trail is wide and gentle and suitable for beginners to practice. Trails 10 and 21 are connected from Kaminohira, and you can ski to the foot of the mountain in one go. It is a full 10km and is known as the longest ski trail in Japan. You will feel a full sense of accomplishment after skiing! There is a mountain ski trail at the top of Nagasaka Mountain. You can take the cable car to the top of the mountain in about 15 minutes to enjoy the beautiful scenery.
