Whether you have some cooking experience or are a total beginner, your instructor will make sure you can learn at your own unique pace. Choose three dishes and learn step-by-step how to recreate them for yourself. Your options include miso soup, tonkatsu fried pork cutlets, okonomiyaki savory pancakes, gyoza dumplings, fried salmon, rice balls, ginger pork, mashed tofu or Japanese-style ground beef hamburg steak. Once you’ve finished cooking, enjoy your meal with delicious barley tea and a side of rice. Take home some Japanese cooking techniques to use in your own kitchen.
