"Monjiya Chico" is a monjayaki restaurant located 1 minute on foot from Honjo-Azumabashi Station near Oshiage in Tokyo, focusing on taste and atmosphere. The tables are equipped with iron plates, making it easy for everyone to enjoy monjayaki, and the spatula decorations on the wall add a fun Japanese atmosphere. "Original! Shio-monjiya" features 10 carefully extracted ingredients, among which dashi is the key, and monjayaki made with this dashi is also highly praised in competitions in New York. In addition, the owner personally purchases fresh seafood from Tsukiji Market every day, which is also a superb dish.
