The day starts early, at 5:30 a.m., with a visit to the famous fish auction from the viewing corridor installed in the facility (this package does not include the close-up view, which is available through a lottery system). An expert guide will tell you all the background and secrets of the world's most famous fish market! Afterwards, depending on your package (check details for each plan) you will have 2 to 4 hours of free time, and you can choose whether to have breakfast at the Iroha restaurant, or lunch (including an impressive tuna filleting show).
