Saeko has been teaching her skills both in Japan and abroad for years and now it’s your turn to learn the secrets to Japan’s home cooking. Visit her cozy home in the city and learn to cook like a real local. For the menu you’ll be making creamy ramen and delicious gyoza by hand. Start from scratch and learn the uniquely Japanese cooking techniques that are needed to make the perfect bowl of ramen noodles. Prepare all of the toppings and make the broth from scratch then get ready to wrap some gyoza. Make each individual gyoza by hand before throwing them in the pan to crisp up. Once you’re done enjoy eating with Saeko and your fellow classmates.
